1996 Larkbear. Initial feasibility scheme for 92 acre greenfield housing development in Barnstaple.
   
1997-2004 Ackland. Initial feasibility scheme for 190 acre greenfield housing development in Barnstaple.
   
2001-2005 Brannoc Fibres. 16 acre brownfield site in Braunton, owned by local developers. Master Planning, liaison with major retailer and planning advice; residential scheme up to outline approval.
   
2001-2008 Yelland. 40 acre brownfield site on Taw estuary between Barnstaple and Bideford, owned by local developers. Planning permissions for decontamination and capping operations. Master planning for commercial, tourism and residential schemes.
   
2007-2009 Foundry site, Tiverton. 6.6 acre brownfield site for local developer; master planning, contamination and flood risk investigation and coordination.
